Now hiring: we are hiring a waterproofing applicator in Ideato North, Imo State. The job is in lofts and crawl spaces. Ideal candidate: • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges • Good knowledge of rockwool, XPS, EPS and PU foam • Own basic hand tools such as a utility knife and trowel On the job you will handle: • Spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness • Prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application • Torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations • Measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings • Fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters • Seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant Overtime paid at a premium rate.
