What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure On the job you will handle: • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
