LGV Class 1 driver — Alexander County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a LGV Class 1 driver in Alexander County, Illinois. You will be based at a haulage company. On the job you will handle: • Keep a safe following distance, adjusting for weather and load • Check tyre pressures, engine oil, coolant and brake fluid levels • Couple and uncouple the trailer and check the fifth-wheel lock • Reverse and carry out blind-side manoeuvres at loading bays Requirements: • Good knowledge of driving-hours and tachograph rules • Minimum 2 years' long-haul experience Rotating shifts.
