Insulation installer — Reading

Now hiring: we are hiring an insulation installer in Reading, England. You will work in lofts and crawl spaces. Requirements: • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane • Willing to travel between sites On the job you will handle: • Install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape • Lag hot and cold water pipes with rockwool sections and aluminium cladding • Install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations • Spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness • Work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness • Prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts. £2,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
