Cnc setter-operator • Sandoval County, New Mexico

We are recruiting: we are hiring a cnc setter-operator in Sandoval County, New Mexico. You will be based in a precision engineering workshop. The role involves: • Set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets • Run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles • Set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54) • Change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear • Top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed • Write and edit G-code programs at the control Ideal candidate: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided. $3,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
