Crawler crane operator • Sheffield, England

Vacancy available: we are hiring a crawler crane operator in Sheffield, England. The role involves: • Carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block • Follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger • Watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity • Climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins • Read and interpret the load chart before every lift What we are looking for: • Strong attention to safety and load limits • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination 4+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around £1,950 per month, based on your experience. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
