Immediate opening: advanced scaffolder (Illinois)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an advanced scaffolder in Winnebago County, Illinois. The job is on a busy construction site. On a typical shift you will handle, sort and stack tubes and fittings for loading out; lay scaffold boards and secure them with board retaining clips; read scaffold drawings and work to the agreed loading class; tighten right-angle and swivel couplers to torque with a podger spanner; inspect couplers, boards and tubes for damage before use. Requirements: • Proven experience erecting tube-and-fitting and system scaffold • Full use of harness, lanyard and fall-arrest equipment • Awareness of TG20 and SG4 safe working practice 2+ years on the tools preferred.
