Electrostatic spray painter — Racine County

Now hiring: we are hiring an electrostatic spray painter in Racine County, Wisconsin. Day-to-day duties: • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches You should have: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects 3+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $4,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
