Rebar worker — Davis County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a rebar worker in Davis County, Iowa. You will be based on a busy residential building site. The role involves install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat; lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors; cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder; set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift; check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour. Ideal candidate: • Able to read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules • Sound knowledge of lap lengths, cover and bar spacing On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
