Fry cook wanted in Merrick County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a fry cook in Merrick County, Nebraska. The job is in a hotel kitchen. You will follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; prepare the mise en place before each service. What we are looking for: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
