We are recruiting: we are hiring a vertical transportation technician in Clark County, Washington. You will work at a shopping mall with escalators and lifts. Requirements: • Valid driving licence for site call-outs • Willing to join the on-call/emergency breakdown rota • 2+ years on lift installation and maintenance Your main tasks: • Mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators • Fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments • Fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork • Install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway • Adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
