Fusing press operator — Schley County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a fusing press operator in Schley County, Georgia. You will be based in a tailoring workshop. Your main tasks: • Give each garment a final press before packing • Remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron • Set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics • Shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board Requirements: • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory Six days a week, one day off.
