Concrete worker • Ikeja, Lagos State

We are recruiting: we are hiring a concrete worker in Ikeja, Lagos State. The job is at an infrastructure site. On the job you will handle: • Carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab • Lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade • Compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing • Cure slabs by ponding, wet hessian or curing compound for the required days • Screed and level slabs to the marked dead level and falls What we are looking for: • Comfortable working at heights and on scaffolds • 2+ years on RCC and concreting works • Willing to wear safety boots, helmet and full PPE 4+ years on the tools preferred.
