What we are looking for: • Confident with standard crane hand signals • Able to inspect and reject defective lifting gear Your main tasks: • Rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position • Guide loads through tight openings into their final position • Coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller • Calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift Rotating shifts.
