Dough maker — Ganjuwa

Join our team: we are hiring a dough maker in Ganjuwa, Bauchi State. The job is in a bread factory. What we are looking for: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens You will score the top of loaves before baking; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. We offer ₦100,000 per month plus benefits. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
