Urgent requirement: vacuum press operator (Kansas)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a vacuum press operator in Lane County, Kansas. Day to day you will sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number; use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics; clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents; shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board; remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron. What we are looking for: • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine • Physically fit to lift bundles and handle repetitive work • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
