Requirements: • Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges • Able to stand for full shifts on the production floor The role involves record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts; check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch; carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line; log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data; calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift; escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer.
