Great opportunity: we are hiring a lifting rigger in San Augustine County, Texas. Day to day you will direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio; read lift plans and method statements before starting; check sling angles to stay within the working load limit; secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists. Requirements: • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams • Comfortable working at height and in confined spaces $4,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
