Now hiring: we are hiring a forklift driver in Amador County, California. You will work at a busy distribution centre. Requirements: • Valid forklift / FLT licence for counterbalance and reach trucks • Willing to work shifts, nights and weekends • Able to manually lift up to 25 kg when required The role involves: • Carry out pre-shift checks on the forks, tyres, mast and hydraulics • Read the load capacity plate and never exceed the rated lift limit • Position the forks square and tilt the mast to secure the load • Operate counterbalance and reach trucks within the marked aisles • Sweep and keep the loading bay free of debris • Pick and put away stock against pick lists and the RF scanner At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
