Concrete finisher • Comanche County, Texas

Great opportunity: we are hiring a concrete finisher in Comanche County, Texas. You will work at an infrastructure site. You will mix concrete to the specified grade (M15, M20, M25) by hand or in a mixer; fix and tie reinforcement bars and mesh as per the bar bending schedule; carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab; cut control and expansion joints at the correct spacing; give broom or steel-trowel finishes as specified; cure slabs by ponding, wet hessian or curing compound for the required days. Requirements: • ITI in masonry or civil work an added advantage • Comfortable working at heights and on scaffolds • Sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods Rotating shifts.
