Plasterer — Union County

Join our team: we are hiring a plasterer in Union County, Mississippi. You will be based in an occupied house during renovation. Your main tasks: • Mix gypsum plaster and cement render to a workable consistency • Skim plasterboard to a smooth finish ready for decoration • Apply tanking and renovating plaster to damp walls • Fix and set angle beads, stop beads and corner beads • Float and rule off walls to a flat surface with a straightedge • Tape and joint plasterboard seams with scrim and filler You should have: • Reliable timekeeping and a strong work ethic • Able to read drawings and set out work to a deadline • Willing to work on both new build and refurbishment sites We offer $32 per hour plus benefits. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
