Bread baker — Boundary County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bread baker in Boundary County, Idaho. You will shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; score the top of loaves before baking; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough. What we are looking for: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends.
