Vacancy available: we are hiring a head butcher in King William County, Virginia. What we are looking for: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler Your main tasks: • Season and marinate meat on request • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain Pay around $5,400 per month, based on your experience.
