Urgent requirement: we are hiring a joiner in Cass County, Michigan. On a typical shift you will read and work from architectural drawings and cutting lists; glue, clamp, screw and dowel joints together; apply edge banding, veneers and laminate to board; plane and sand timber to a smooth, square finish; check work for level, plumb and square with a spirit level. Requirements: • At least 2 years' hands-on carpentry experience • Own basic hand tools • NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry and Joinery or equivalent 4+ years on the tools preferred. $4,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
