You should have: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects On a typical shift you will check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun.
