Aluminium fabricator — Patrick County

Join our team: we are hiring an aluminium fabricator in Patrick County, Virginia. What we are looking for: • Physically able to lift and carry heavy glass and profiles • Accurate to the millimetre on cuts and mitre joints • Familiar with ACP cladding and structural glazing Day-to-day duties: • Read fabrication drawings and take site measurements for windows and doors • Cut aluminium profiles to size on a double-mitre cutting saw • Check frames for plumb, level and square before fixing • Crimp the corner joints and fit corner cleats on the crimping machine • Fit EPDM rubber gaskets and beading into the glazing channels • Assemble window and door frames from extruded sections Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
