Sample machinist wanted in Jackson County

Join our team: we are hiring a sample machinist in Jackson County, Indiana. You will keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line; attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet; press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges; meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality; topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish; trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go. Requirements: • ITI / tailoring certificate is a plus • Understands fabric types and how to handle knits versus wovens • Quality-conscious with an eye for puckers, skipped stitches and uneven seams Performance bonus on top of base pay.
