Immediate opening: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Moore County, Texas. The job is at a busy restaurant kitchen. Ideal candidate: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts On a typical shift you will load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method.
