Join our team: we are hiring an escalator technician in Isle of Wight, England. Ideal candidate: • Willing to join the on-call/emergency breakdown rota • Valid driving licence for site call-outs You will respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers; top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts; replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays; service the traction motor, brake and gearbox. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
