Excavator operator • Pitkin County, Colorado

We are recruiting: we are hiring an excavator operator in Pitkin County, Colorado. You will be based at a road and highway construction project. What we are looking for: • Reliable, punctual and able to get to site • Able to read drawings, setting-out pegs and level pegs • Physically fit for long hours in the cab on outdoor sites You will dig foundation trenches and footings to the marked depths and levels; work safely around buried services with a banksman or spotter; backfill trenches and compact the fill in layers; keep the cab clean and oil-free and report defects promptly. We offer $4,400 per month plus benefits. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
