Join our team: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Addison County, Vermont. Day-to-day duties: • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks You should have: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
