Access control officer • Norton County, Kansas

Immediate opening: we are hiring an access control officer in Norton County, Kansas. You will work at a gated residential society. Requirements: • 1-2 years experience as a security guard • Ex-servicemen preferred Day to day you will operate the metal detector and hand-held scanner at the door; keep watch on the perimeter fence and parking area; hand over the duty register and brief the next shift at handover; raise the alarm and follow the evacuation drill in an emergency; respond to intrusion alarms and panic alerts; man the reception desk and direct visitors to the right block. 6+ years on the tools preferred. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
