Wheel alignment technician — Presque Isle County

Now hiring: we are hiring a wheel alignment technician in Presque Isle County, Michigan. You will be based in a commercial truck tyre depot. The role involves: • Carry out wheel alignment and adjust camber and toe • Vulcanize larger cuts on commercial tyres • Fit new tyres onto rims and seat the bead correctly • Handle truck and bus tyres, including split-rim assemblies • Remove and refit hub caps and locking wheel nuts • Balance wheels on a computerised wheel balancer and fit clip-on weights You should have: • 1+ years' experience fitting and balancing tyres • Awareness of workshop health and safety • Able to lift heavy car and truck tyres repeatedly Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. $16 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
