Catering cook — Simpson County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a catering cook in Simpson County, Mississippi. You will work at a cloud kitchen. You should have: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate You will chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
