Great opportunity: kitchen cook (Kano State)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Garum Mallam, Kano State. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. Day to day you will manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch. Requirements: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Strong knife skills and speed on the line We offer ₦95,000 per month plus benefits.
