What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens On the job you will handle: • Score the top of loaves before baking • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
