Meat cutter — Makarfi

We are recruiting: we are hiring a meat cutter in Makarfi, Kaduna State. The job is in a meat processing plant. Requirements: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling On a typical shift you will keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; season and marinate meat on request; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders. 1+ years on the tools preferred.
