Cake decorator wanted in Kauru

Vacancy available: we are hiring a cake decorator in Kauru, Kaduna State. Your main tasks: • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity Requirements: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving Six days a week, one day off.
