Now hiring: we are hiring a head baker in Teton County, Wyoming. You will work in a bread factory. Day to day you will laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; score the top of loaves before baking; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream. Requirements: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
