Join our team: we are hiring a conventional mill operator in Tompkins County, New York. The job is in a CNC machining unit. Requirements: • Willing to work rotating shifts and night shift • ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade The role involves: • Set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines • Apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed • Mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square • Carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance Performance bonus on top of base pay.
