Join our team: we are hiring a single needle operator in Surrey, England. Requirements: • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently • Able to read a spec sheet and follow a sewing operation breakdown • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance The role involves topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish; change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation; meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality; thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension.
