Urgent requirement: we are hiring a sewing machine operator in Pettis County, Missouri. You will be based in a sampling and tailoring workshop. You should have: • Good eyesight and steady hands for fine, accurate stitching • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory Day-to-day duties: • Press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges • Sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required • Attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet • Stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
