Vacancy available: we are hiring a meat cutter in Craig County, Oklahoma. You will be based at a halal meat counter. Requirements: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate Day to day you will run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain. At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. $10,250 per project, negotiable for the right hands. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
