We are recruiting: we are hiring a production machine operator in Lavaca County, Texas. You will work at a busy manufacturing plant. Your main tasks: • Carry out daily clean-down and 5S of the work station • Set up and start the machine as per the job card • Key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature • Report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter • Run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing • Follow lockout-tagout before cleaning or clearing the machine What we are looking for: • Comfortable using vernier, micrometer and gauges • Able to stand for long hours on the shop floor 3+ years on the tools preferred.
