Immediate opening: access control officer (Virginia)

We are recruiting: we are hiring an access control officer in City of Hampton, Virginia. You will control crowds and manage queues at events and entry gates; frisk people and run bag checks at the entry point; raise the alarm and follow the evacuation drill in an emergency; patrol the premises on foot at fixed intervals; hand over the duty register and brief the next shift at handover. What we are looking for: • Trained in basic fire-fighting and first aid • Ex-servicemen preferred • Basic reading of English and local language for registers Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
