Vacancy available: we are hiring an electrostatic spray painter in Mason County, Texas. You will work on an industrial coating line. Day-to-day duties: • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks What we are looking for: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Willing to work shifts and overtime Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
