Fabrication workshop technician — Canyon County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a fabrication workshop technician in Canyon County, Idaho. The job is at a busy uPVC fabrication workshop. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable handling and lifting glazed units safely • Driving licence for measure-up and site-fitting visits On a typical shift you will crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame; check the frame for square by measuring the diagonals; fit EPDM gaskets and brush-pile weather seals along the rails; fit fly screens, sills and trickle vents; fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam; insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it.
