Now hiring: we are hiring a flatlock machine operator in Lake County, Minnesota. The job is on an export house sewing floor. What we are looking for: • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently • Comfortable working long hours seated at a fast line You will match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching; stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance; keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line; sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required; topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish.
