We are recruiting: QC inspector (Illinois)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a QC inspector in Henderson County, Illinois. You will carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line; log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data; measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges; verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing; compare components against approved samples and engineering drawings; check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation. You should have: • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits • ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
