You should have: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Day-to-day duties: • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
